This policy explains how Lavina's Interiors ("I", "me", "my") collects and uses your personal information when you contact me or use this website. I take your privacy seriously and only ever use your details to provide the service you've asked for.
Who I am

What I collect
When you get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media, I may hold:
- Your name and contact details;
- Your address, where I'm visiting to measure or fit;
- Details and photographs of your windows and rooms, and notes about your project.
How I use it
I use your information only to reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out your work, arrange visits, and keep records of the jobs I've done. I will never sell your details, and I won't send you marketing unless you've asked me to.

This website uses a small number of cookies to keep it working smoothly and, if you accept them, to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline when you first visit; declining keeps only what the site needs to function.
Keeping your data
I keep your information only for as long as I need it for your project and for my own records and tax obligations, then delete it securely. Messages and photos are stored on my phone and email account, which are password protected.
